Hours: Saturday 10am-6pm & Sunday 10am-6pm

Are you a motivated and enthusiastic individual looking for an exciting opportunity District Realty is seeking a proactive and customer-focused rental agent to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Apartment Viewings and Tenant Coordination:
- Youll be the friendly face welcoming prospective tenants. Coordinate appointments for apartment viewings ensuring a seamless experience for those exploring their future homes.
- Showcase our properties with pride highlighting their unique features and amenities.
Tenant Relations and Leasing:
- Renting an apartment is more than paperwork; its about building relationships. Youll assist prospective tenants collect application documents and guide them through the leasing process.
Product Knowledge Mastery:
- Become an expert! Know our properties inside out from floor plans to community amenities.
- Stay informed about major competitors offerings.

Additional Requirement:
