Job Summary
BWH SUCCESS ProgramWorkforce Development (WFD) SUCCESS Program is a 3-month paid employment program designed to give program participants who have completed a pre-employment program an opportunity to obtain permanent employment with Mass General Brigham at Brigham & Womens Hospital.
The program aims to match potential candidates with departments within our hospital where they will be given an opportunity to embark on a career path by increasing their skillsets competencies and experiences in a welcoming and supportive environment.
Upon successful completion of the program participants will be eligible for permanent employment opportunities within the department where they train or another department in the hospital/hospital system.
