Job Summary

- Convert incoming leads into new Lawn Doctor customers
- Build relationships with existing customers to recommend additional services that add value and improve their property
- Provide outstanding customer service and develop long-term client relationships
- Retain customers through proactive follow-ups and post-sale communication
- Learn and understand Lawn Doctors service offerings to confidently answer customer questions
- Strong work ethic with a positive personable attitude
- Comfortable building trust and relationships to earn and grow business
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks and stay organized throughout the day
- Dependable with a consistent attendance record
- Valid drivers license clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Sales experience and/or lawn care knowledge is a plus but not required
- Experience with RealGreen software is a plus but not necessary
- We provide hands-on training and ongoing support to help you succeed
- Product service and system training provided including RealGreen
- We value personality professionalism and relationship-building skills over prior sales experience
