Domestic Couple (Housekeeper & Houseman)

Location: Jackson WY

Schedule: MondayFriday 8:00 AM5:00 PM (40 hours per week guaranteed) with flexibility required for weekends when the principals are in residence

Overview

We are seeking an experienced hands-on Domestic Couple (Housekeeper & Houseman) to support a 9000 sq. ft. main residence with a detached guest house in Jackson WY. The household consists of an active professional couple grown children who visit periodically and two medium-sized dogs.

This is a unique opportunity to join a well-established long-term household in a beautiful Wyoming setting. We have partnered with this client for several years and have successfully placed staff who have gone on to enjoy long positive tenures. The ideal couple is energetic flexible highly organized and takes pride in maintaining a welcoming well-run home.

Housekeeper Responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness and organization of the home including daily upkeep and deep cleaning
• Laundry care including washing ironing steaming folding and closet organization
• Deep cleaning of kitchens bathrooms and specialty surfaces (antiques wood marble stone etc.)
• Change linens dust vacuum mop and polish as needed
• Care for houseplants and maintain fresh flowers
• Assist with dog care including feeding bathing and walking
• Support household operations as needed including errands and guest preparation

Houseman Responsibilities

• Perform general property and grounds maintenance including snow removal light landscaping and exterior upkeep
• Conduct routine inspections of the home and guest house to identify maintenance needs
• Coordinate and oversee vendors contractors and service providers
• Handle minor repairs troubleshooting and basic handyman tasks
• Maintain tools equipment and storage areas in an organized and safe manner
• Support seasonal transitions (opening/closing home winterization storm prep)
• Assist with guest arrivals departures and special projects
• Provide driving support as needed including winter driving in challenging conditions

Qualifications & Profile

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working in private households
• Detail-oriented proactive and team-oriented
• Physically capable of performing daily tasks including standing for long periods lifting pushing and pulling as required
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills
• Professional discreet and respectful of family privacy (NDA required)
• Legally authorized to work in the US
• Strong references and willingness to undergo an in-depth background check
• Non-smoker/vaper
• Comfortable living and working in a remote location with winter driving experience
• Local candidates preferred; relocation assistance may be considered
