Benefits and Compensation

• Pay range for this position: $65000$150000

• Exact compensation may vary based on several factors including but not limited to skills experience and education

• Available benefits include medical insurance with HSA options that include employer contribution to your HSA Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance

• Paid maternity leave

• PTO after 90 days of employment

• Vacation up to three weeks depending upon years of service

What Youll Do

• Learn our consultative customer-first approach to sales

• Help guests explore vehicle options by listening understanding their needs and guiding them with care

• Coordinate test drives vehicle presentations and follow-ups with integrity

• Deliver exceptional service before and after the sale

• Work closely with a leadership team thats hands-on and invested in your success

Who You Are

• No automotive experience required just a desire to provide excellent service

• Backgrounds in education hospitality healthcare retail or customer service often translate very well
