Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support and manage the design maintenance and support of TDs third party Inventory
  • Coordinate with the business partners across the bank to source third party data for inclusion in the third party inventory
  • Construction and design of third party inventory based on numerous third party data sources
  • Maintain Data quality across all Third Party Risk Applications
  • Act as subject matter expertise on Third Party Risk Applications with focus on Product enhancements and improvements
  • Support Product Audits access management reporting and alerts
  • Contribute to risk and control design assessments for an assigned business application business portfolio and overall enterprise as well as risk mitigation and remediation plans and remediation strategy.
  • Follow technology processes and governance practices to monitor detect prevent and react to both current and emerging technology and security threats to TD.
  • Provide risk reporting and defining metrics to measure control effectiveness for your own area.
  • Adhere to policies procedures technology control standards and regulatory guidelines.
  • Contribute to internal activity and process review flag windows for improvement.
  • Be able to consult and utilize the knowledge gained to triage and/or perform Integrations
  • Be able to juggle a few different tasks effectively within delivery deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to participate in projects of moderate complexity.

Job Requirements:

  • Undergraduate Degree.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Firm commitment to staying informed and abreast of emerging issues industry trends etc.
  • Sound to advanced knowledge of business technology controls security and risk issues.
  • Be a resource/SME to the Team as well as to internal customers
  • MS Excel proficiency
  • BI Reporting experience will be an asset
