Job Summary

TES Staffing is seeking a Web Monitoring Specialist to support the Rochester City School District by proactively monitoring web applications to ensure optimal performance availability and functionality. This temporary role focuses on identifying issues conducting synthetic testing to simulate user behavior and escalating technical problems to the appropriate teams to help ensure a reliable digital experience for users.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor web applications and servers to identify performance availability and functionality issues
Troubleshoot common web issues such as broken links page errors or system outages
Conduct synthetic testing to simulate user actions and validate proper application behavior
Document identified issues clearly and escalate them to appropriate technical or support teams
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support timely resolution of web-related incidents
Maintain accurate records of monitoring activities and recurring issue trends

Schedule

Hours: MondayFriday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Qualifications

Candidates with relevant field experience and strong technical knowledge are highly preferred
Familiarity with web technologies application monitoring tools or QA/testing concepts is a plus
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Clear written and verbal communication skills

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $22.81 $23.85 per hour(based on 2026 market data)
