AsSr. Project Manager I youll have a deep passion leading DevSecOps Cloud and Cyber projects within the National Security business unit specifically supporting the Intel account. What youll do:
- You will be a technical problem solver on the team identifying innovative solutions to project deadlocks and resolving issues and constraints through consensus and sound judgment.
- You will work closely with the development teams and contribute to product architecture and design
- You will develop cultivate and manage client relationships
- You will prioritize lead and manage tasking of project team and completion of assignments
- You will evaluate prioritize and manage impacts of project scope changes issues and risks
- You will escalate project risks to the appropriate MetroStar and client stakeholders
What youll need to succeed:
- An active TS/SCI clearance with CI poly
- Experience supporting the Intelligence Community
- Experience with Agile project management tools such as GitLab Jira and Confluence
- 7 years of experience managing complex federal projects involving cloud Kubernetes DevSecOps IT modernization or software development
- Ability to identify and mitigate project risks
- Proven expertise collaborating with customer PMs leads partners and stakeholders
- Strong skills developing integrated project work breakdown structures (WBS) milestones and schedules with strong ability to identify and characterize project dependencies
- Strong written and oral communication skills including briefing senior/executive stakeholders on project status accomplishments schedule issues and risks
- Understanding of Agile principles and methodologies particularly Scrum to include experience as a Scrum Master
SALARY RANGE: $156000 - $174000
The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications skills and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including:
- The candidates professional background and relevant work experience
- The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs
- Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation
- This role is also eligible for additional compensation subject to the terms and policies of MetroStar which may include:
- Performance-based bonuses
- Company-paid training and/or certifications
- Referral bonuses
