Housekeeper Denver CO
Schedule: Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday 9:00 AM 5:00 PM (Guaranteed 32 hours per week)
Flexibility to support occasional evenings & weekends as needed
Start Date: ASAP/Q1
Compensation and Benefits: $40 per hour and full benefits

We are seeking a professional discreet & detail-oriented Housekeeper to support the daily upkeep organisation & care of a well-maintained residence in Denver. Working directly under the guidance of the Executive Housekeeper you will help maintain a consistently guest-ready standard across the home supporting the daily upkeep organization & care of the property.

This is a valued long-term role for a candidate who thrives in a high-standard environment & takes pride in delivering behind-the-scenes service. The ideal candidate brings prior experience in private households or luxury hospitality works well as part of a team & approaches every task with care consistency and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Support daily housekeeping & tidying of main living areas kitchen bedrooms & bathrooms
Assist with seasonal deep cleans as directed by the Executive Housekeeper
Launder clothing towels & linens; assist with ironing & dry cleaning drop-off/pick-up
Handle basic care for fine surfaces furnishings & specialty items using approved methods
Rotate & refresh household supplies including restocking items & light inventory tracking
Receive deliveries unpack boxes & log returns/exchanges
Help maintain order in closets cabinets & storage spaces
Occasionally assist with setup/cleanup for dinners or events
Perform daily walk-throughs with an eye for tidiness safety & proactive upkeep
Provide light pet support for the familys two friendly dogs
Run local errands as needed
Communicate observations & support needs to the Executive Housekeeper

Qualifications:

5 years of housekeeping experience in private homes or luxury hotels
Local to the Denver area & legally eligible to work in the U.S.
Comfortable working directly under the direction of the Executive Housekeeper in a high-standard environment
Strong laundry & garment-care skills required including sorting stain treatment delicate fabrics pressing/ironing steaming & proper folding/hanging & storage
Knowledge & willingness to learn about & execute household systems & protocols as dictated by the Executive Housekeeper
Familiarity with Nines Estate management software is a plus
Strong communicator who is fluent in English; the ability to speak Spanish as well is a plus
High level of discretion confidentiality & professionalism
Strong work ethic attention to detail & ability to take initiative
Physically capable of performing housekeeping tasks including bending lifting & standing for extended periods
Flexibility to work evenings & weekends as needed
Non-smokers/vapers only
Must have excellent references
Willingness to undergo an in-depth background check
