As an Administrative Support Officer Service Delivery youll play a key behind-the-scenes role in keeping our mental health services running smoothly. Youll be the welcoming first point of contact for visitors and callers a trusted support for staff and an organised presence that helps teams focus on what matters most supporting people in their recovery.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety values strong relationships and takes pride in delivering high-quality administrative support in a purpose-driven environment. Every day will be different but your impact will be consistent: helping create a calm professional and supportive space for staff stakeholders and the people we support.
Your day may look like:- Being the first point of contact for visitors phone and general enquiries
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the service delivery team
- Preparing and maintaining accurate records correspondence and office systems
- Coordinating meetings room bookings resources and office logistics
- Working collaboratively with staff and stakeholders to support smooth service delivery
You Will Need:
- Certificate III in Business Administrationor equivalent relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Adobe experience desirable)
- Well-developed organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- A professional friendly approach and strong customer service skills
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Ability to obtain and maintain required criminal history checks and a Yellow Card
