Job Summary
The Occupational Therapist is responsible for developing an occupational therapy plan of care based on a complete assessment and the direction of the patients physician coordinating services with the other team members involved in the plan-of-care. The Occupational Therapist will evaluate patients to provide assistance with issues affecting performance of activities of daily living structural environmental or equipment needs.
Qualifications :
What is required...
- Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program & currently licensed in the State of Washington;
- Current CPR card (maintenance required

- Lymphedema Therapy
Additional Information :
Wage: Wage range currently starts at $42.95/hour and goes up to $65.09/hour. Actual wage will be based on years of applicable experience.
FTE: 1.0 40 hours/week
