Job Description
The Marketing Associate supports the planning creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive sales effectiveness and elevate brand visibility across North America. This is a hands-on role with meaningful creative ownership ideal for a marketer who enjoys building content and contributing directly to integrated campaigns.
Pay:
Base Salary $56k-$75k
Location: Coppell TX
This role sits at the intersection of creative storytelling and commercial impact. You will gain broad exposure to integrated campaign strategy sales enablement and performance measurement supporting continued growth and development within the marketing function.
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Creative Content the Marketing Associate blends campaign coordination with active content creation across presentations visual assets digital content and light video. You will collaborate closely with Commercial Excellence Product and Creative teams to translate business objectives into clear engaging and sales-ready campaign materials.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Support & Planning
Support the development of multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned to product launches sales enablement and brand initiatives.
Assist in defining campaign goals target audiences messaging frameworks and success metrics.
Help ensure campaigns align with broader Commercial Excellence and marketing strategies.
2. Creative Content Development
Contribute directly to the creation of campaign assets including PowerPoint presentations sales collateral emails digital visuals and basic video content.
Collaborate with designers content creators and external partners while also building or refining assets independently when appropriate.
Translate complex commercial or product information into clear visually compelling content.
Ensure all materials align with brand guidelines and creative standards.
3. Campaign Execution & Coordination
Support end-to-end campaign execution by managing timelines deliverables and approvals.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to keep projects on track and ensure timely delivery of assets.
Maintain campaign calendars documentation and status updates.
4. Performance Tracking & Optimization
Assist in monitoring campaign performance using analytics tools and dashboards.
Help analyze results to identify trends insights and opportunities for improvement.
Support the preparation of campaign summaries and performance reports.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as a day-to-day point of contact for campaign coordination with internal teams.
Participate in campaign reviews creative feedback sessions and planning meetings.
Support sales and commercial teams by ensuring materials are clear accurate and easy to use.
6. Market & Trend Awareness
Assist with market and competitive research to support campaign messaging and positioning.
Stay informed on emerging marketing trends content formats and creative tools especially in visual storytelling and digital engagement.
Qualifications
24 years of experience in marketing campaign support content development or a related role.
Demonstrated interest or experience in creative content development (presentations visuals digital assets or video).
Basic understanding of integrated marketing and sales enablement concepts.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools CRM platforms or marketing automation systems is a plus.
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business Design or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Office; experience with Canva Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
Creative curious and eager to learn with a developing data-driven mindset.
