Description
Seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive business-critical initiatives across multiple teams within several of our technology groups. This role will partner with Product Management and Engineering to translate business value into actionable plans and execute on the delivery of Data Engineering-focused initiatives. This role requires technical understanding attention to detail a strong sense ofaccountability and ownership collaboration and experience managing cross workstream teams.
Lead multiple complex technical programs concurrently across multiple engineering teams to launch data platform products and services in a fast-paced and complex strong partnerships with engineering product management and analytics leaders to drive focus on strategic and tactical program strategic relationships with key engineering and business leaders to ensure program teams in planning and executing roadmaps releases and work backlogs using agile efforts to identify risks resolve key project blockers and establish appropriate resolution in gaps across roles and functions as needed performing as an adaptive problem and execute change management and communication plans and engage with the stakeholders to report progress and raise a collaborative work environment that cultivates shared understanding transparency mastery autonomy innovation and continuous a high tolerance for context switching and interruptions while remaining productive and able to provide effective Qualifications5 years of experience in technical program management preferably with a focus on data engineering data platforms data governance and/or data with large-scale organizational change in building broad large-scale communications plans on all active initiatives and and interest for data while taking chaos and turning it into something sense of ownership and focus on building fast with awareness of in Agile software development with expertise in Scrum methodology and understanding of SQL ETL processing Data Warehousing and familiarity with BI Visualization tools such as Looker and knowledge of modern program management analysis tracking and reporting tools such as Jira/Confluence Airtable G-Suite (Google Docs Sheets Slides) and MS of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)Education
BS STEM 7 years relevant experience or BA/BS 11 years relevant experienceNo degree must have 17 years relevant experience
