Corporate Actions Processing is a global department based in three different regions Germany (Berlin Düsseldorf) Switzerland (Zurich Bioggio) and Singapore responsible for managing Corporate Actions business/processes (announcements instructions and payments).
- Monitor plan and execute the daily activities for corporate actions events to be delivered in accordance with the Service Level Agreements agreed with our Clients
- Monitoring corporate actions including any instruction deadlines
- Preparing and releasing instructions to Custodians
- Booking of voluntary and mandatory corporate actions taking into account withholding tax and foreign withholding tax
- Managing reconciliation for differences arising from corporate actions (cash and securities)
- Inquiries from/to custodians and Clients
Qualifications :
- First professional experience in the back office of a bank
- Flexibility and willingness to learn
- Good team player and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently in a very demanding fast-paced and complex environment
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Full professional fluency in German and very good English skills
It would be a real bonus if you have
- Experience in the area of corporate actions
- Knowledge of the Avaloq Core Banking System
- Proficiency in other languages
