Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactiveLogistics Controllerto join their operations team based in Durban. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning coordinating and monitoring logistics operations across multiple regions while ensuring efficiency compliance and service delivery targets are met.
Responsibilities include preparing daily and weekly logistics plans liaising with Production Sales and operational teams tracking and expediting vehicles monitoring logistics KPIs and ensuring correct use of logistics systems. The role also involves maintaining transport schedules updating logistics databases and ensuring vehicle statutory compliance at all times.
Must have a tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management or Logistics (minimum NQF Level 6) intermediate MS Office skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication analytical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential.
