We are seeking an People Partner Jr.
Responsibilities
- Gains familiarity overall Human Resources concepts practices and methodologies
- Employee relations investigation and issues resolution
- Affirmative action and Diversity & Inclusion
- Regulatory compliance
- Individual and team development and training.
- Supports team efforts to ensure uniform consistent and fair application of Human Resources programs and policies
- Communicates concerns anticipated issues and recommendations to more senior team members and management
- Maintains accurate files and records
- Assists with special projects as assigned
- Support area processes such as: hiring (both permanent and temporary employees) promotions transfers benefits HR service tickets
- Support for the GPTW project
- Onboarding of new employees
- Support with training programs (global and national).
Qualifications
- Degree in HR or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience
- Good communication skills in Portuguese and English (advanced mandatory)
- Intermediate proficiency in the Office Suite
- Good organization and commitment to assigned responsibilities
- Availability to work in a hybrid model (2 times per week in the office) in São Paulo SP
