Job Summary

At Winning Consulting we are looking for an Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Engineer to join a global web platform implementation for a confidential client.
Location: Spain (remote/hybrid)

Responsabilities

Build and evolve web experiences on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) in a global multi-site context.
Configure and develop AEM components templates and content structures ensuring performance and maintainability.
Support the integration and adoption of Adobe Edge Delivery Services for modern delivery patterns and improved web performance.
Collaborate with Cloudflare teams on CDN configuration caching strategies security controls and performance optimization.
Troubleshoot incidents during delivery/testing phases and propose corrective actions with clear documentation.
Contribute to technical documentation and delivery artefacts (solution notes runbooks release notes) aligned with governance and client standards.
Work closely with Product UX DevOps and stakeholders across geographies in an Agile delivery setup.

Requirements
Strong experience delivering projects on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) (
Solid understanding of AEM development fundamentals (Java OSGi Sling JCR HTL) and modern front-end practices (JavaScript/HTML/CSS).
Practical experience with Cloudflare in enterprise contexts (CDN caching WAF/security performance tuning).
Comfortable working with CI/CD and DevOps practices (Git build pipelines; Adobe Cloud Manager is a plus).
Fluent English
