Job Summary
Role Overview :
As a Functional Analyst Billing (SAP ISU) you will work within an Agile and multidisciplinary environment (Marketeers Analysts Process Engineers ).
You act as a bridge between:
- Business profiles (requirements needs functional solutions)
- Technical profiles (configuration build integration)
Your mission is to analyze translate and shape business requirements into endtoend functional solutions that deliver immediate value and remain costefficient.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze business needs and translate them into complete and coherent functional solutions.
- Ensure alignment between requirements proposed solutions and customer value.
- Deliver solutions iteratively to guarantee fast timetomarket.
- Monitor analyze and resolve incidents defects and system issues.
- Perform functional testing in close collaboration with other teams.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and process optimization.
- Consistently aim for operational efficiency and excellent customer experience.
Required Profile :
Languages :
- English Dutch and French are mandatory
Technical Skills :
- Strong experience in SAP ISU Billing / Invoicing (mandatory)
- Experience in the energy sector is extremely important
- Ability to detect understand and evaluate dependencies across systems
- Strong endtoend understanding of processes and functional flows
- Experience working in Agile teams (sprints ceremonies backlog refinement)

- Strong analytical thinking and problemsolving abilities
- Active listening and customercentric mindset
- Comfortable facilitating workshops and presenting to groups
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage priorities
