Pay rate:
Permanent classes: $57.50 per hours.
Substituted classes: $50.00 per hours.
Responsibilities:
- Lead various classes for members explain and promote programs
- Follow a class format to include warm-up workout and cool-down
- Arrive before class starts to set up and assist members
- Communicate professionallyand courteouslywith our members welcome everyone whilepromotinginclusivity
- Develop positive relationships with all members
- Be able to guide members during classesand assist withequipment
- Educate participantson correct form and alternative moves during the fitness routine
- Hold conversations withmembers before and after classes welcome feedback as necessary
- Responsible for managing the room and the members with regards to set up and break down
- Display apassion for fitness and group classes
Requirements- Minimum of 2 years Group Exercise experience
- Must hold Nationally Recognized Primary Group Exercise Certification (or equivalent)
- Ideally hold specialty certifications in a minimum of 2 disciplines
- Ability to execute class formats with proper form and full range of motion demonstrating excellent technique at all times.
- Ability to physically execute the entire class without breaks if necessary.
