Holman Toyota has an outstanding opportunity for a Part Time Cashier to join their team and the Holman Family!

Job Duties:

• Answer all calls in a timely manner screening and forwarding as applicable

• Greet all employees clients and visitors ensuring the correct booking in procedures are followed

• Ensure compliance with appropriate data protection policies

• Assist in department projects & general administrative duties that can be performed without impacting call flow

• Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned

In some departments this position may be expected to:

• Assist with taxi and/or train travel arrangements for employees clients and visitors where appropriate

• Distribute incoming mail and manage outgoing mail including arranging couriers as required

• Arrange refreshments for business meetings which may include organizing light lunches

Education and/or Training:

• A good general level of education; High school diploma or equivalent

• IT literate and proficient in the use of the Microsoft suite of products i.e. Word Excel & Outlook.

Relevant Work Experience:

• Previous experience in a similar role dealing with a high volume of calls

• Administrative experience preferred

• Switchboard experience in a high volume call center or customer service environment preferred
