The Opportunity: 

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer passionate about developing LLM-based applications and scalable AI pipelines. This role focuses heavily on building next-generation AI capabilities for Visas Corporate Finance systems specifically within the Sourcing and Collections domain.

You will work on applications spanning:

• Oracle eBusiness Suite (R12)
• Ariba
• Zip
• Other sourcing procurement invoicing and collectionsrelated systems

The ideal candidate has experience developing multiple AI-driven products and is comfortable leading development across multiple AI/ML workstreams. 

The Work itself: 

• Design and build enterprise-grade scalable resilient solutions and AI-driven capabilities integrated with Oracle eBusiness Suite (R12) Ariba Zip and other Corporate Finance systems
• Collaborate crossfunctionally to create design artifacts and develop worldclass software solutions supporting Visas SourcetoCollection (S2C) operations
• Enhance endtoend workflows across sourcing procurement supplier management invoicing payments and collections
• Leverage advanced AI/ML and modern engineering technologies to build nextgeneration financial systems that improve operational efficiency automation and intelligent decision-making
• Contribute to product quality service innovation and new business flows across multiple agile squads

Essential Functions:

• Lead and deliver major AI engineering workstreams
• Guide engineering teams on developing new LLM-based applications and enhancing existing AI products
• Improve productivity by embedding AI into workflows
• Serve as the design authority for AI initiatives
• Shape best practices standards and methodologies for AI development
• Support 70% AI-focused work and 30% core automation and application development including infrastructure automation to assess current processes and propose LLMdriven optimizations

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications

• 0.6-2 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 0.6-2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD)

Preferred Qualifications

• 0.6-2 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 0.6-2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD)
• Experience in software engineering with coding languages such as Java and Python.
• Experience in Oracle eBusiness Suite (R12) Ariba Zip or other sourcing procurement invoicing and collectionsrelated system

Additional Information :

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk communicate in person and by telephone frequently operate standard office equipment such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is 97800.00 to 152100.00 USD per year which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge skills experience and addition this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
