We have an exciting opportunity for a Routing Coordinator to join our this role you will assist the fulfillment operations with requesting utility locates dispatching and answer calls from technicians in the field and assist with administrative duties such as data entry and reporting. The ideal individual would be a conceptual thinker with a strong attention to detail and superb organizational and time management skills.


**This position will be working from your home office but required to reside in the Houston area and be available to work from our Houston office located at 7415 Empire Central Drive Houston TX 77040 upon request (as needed)**

The Role

  • Utilize internal systems and software to monitor and assist in Field Technician daily routing objectives
  • Evaluate identify and provide feedback on technician routing start times and production optimizations opportunities
  • Continuous evaluation and recalibration of technician job disbursements
  • Actively participate in the Net Promoter System; joining huddles making call backs driving increased customer and team member feedback
  • Act as liaison between internal and external teams; communicating with technicians business partners customers end users etc.
  • Build and foster relationships with external business partners; utilizing business partner systems acting as point of contact and aiding with routing objectives
  • Act as point of escalation for customer concerns and needs; handling with urgency and professionalism
  • Complete daily reporting on various data points complete additional ad hoc reporting as needed
  • Strive to provide the best customer service experience every day; act as a TAK brand ambassador providing support and potential solutions with confidence
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • 1 year(s) of dispatch routing workforce management customer service and/or administrative support experience required
  • Prior workforce management software GPS solutions and employee communication experience a plus
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service time management problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to self-motivate and adapt to change quickly
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers
  • Ability to give feedback; positive and negative when needed
  • Must provide a valid government-issued photo ID for verification; a drivers license is required if the role involves driving
  • Passing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR Background Check Drug Screen)
