Job Summary
Key job responsibilities
Ghostwrite engaging short and long form scripts for senior Amazon leaders that bring to life critical business narratives inspire audiences and deliver educational moments.
Polish scripts abstracts and/or host remarks to improve overall storytelling and generate red threads between narratives (where applicable).
Work with dozens of stakeholders to determine the right data and anecdotes to surface to build an argument and/or showcase the vision of a business line
Dives deep to understand the business they are writing for to make recommendations on how to position information and understand what will resonate with the audience
Collaborate with creative teams and agencies on ideas to bring written concepts to life visually on screen and on stage.
Manage dozens of stakeholders to help understand business priorities and builds them into a holistic narrative
Partner closely with event content strategist to ensure they understand the goals and messages of an event and how to leverage the script to bring those concepts to life a most compelling way
Consult with internal team members and stakeholders about best practices and ideas for how to approach complex narratives and story lines

The Transportation Partner Experience team builds innovative and engaging community-focused products for internal and external Amazon partners including the Delivery Service Partner community. Small business are critical to many aspects of Amazons ecosystem and TPX helps these partners be successful by building communities that connect inform and inspire the ecosystem of entrepreneurs and business owners who work in harmony with us to improve delivery flexibility speed and reliability for our customers.
- 4 years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation macros charts and pivot tables)
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Experience building executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience producing marketing promotional material for Owned & Operated channels
- Experience in brand identity and voice development
- Experience creating brand marketing content
- Experience using customer research hard data and metrics to back up assumptions generate forecasts and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
- Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email web analytics and CRM (Marketo Tableau Salesforce etc.) for targeting segmentation reporting for demand generation

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
