What Youll Do
- Greet customers warmly and assist with service appointments and walk-ins
- Listen to customer concerns and document accurate repair details
- Perform vehicle intake including verifying information and conducting a walk-around inspection
- Check for recalls maintenance needs and recommended services
- Present service estimates and clearly explain work being performed
- Obtain proper customer authorization before repairs begin
- Communicate with technicians and monitor repair progress
- Keep customers informed with updates on timing costs and completion
- Review completed work and final invoices with customers
- Schedule future maintenance and service appointments
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Basic automotive knowledge is helpful but not required
- Dealership experience is a plus
