In this role you will define and scale Kingfishers Group Retail Media proposition. Working at the intersection of commercial strategyproductand technologyyoullidentifyand shape differentiated Retail Media opportunities translating advertiser and market demand into compelling Group and Banner teamsto prioritise propositions and deliver clear scalable roadmaps that support stay close to market innovationidentifyingemerging trends and the right external partners to continuously evolve improve and futureproof the Retail Media proposition.

Whats the job

  • Define and own the Group Retail Media vision valuepropositionand product portfolio.
  • Translate advertiser and market needs into clear propositions andhigh-levelproduct requirements.
  • Partner with TechnologyProductand external partners to develop delivery roadmaps.
  • Ensure propositions are scalablereusableand suitable for multimarket deployment.
  • Coordinatecross functionalteams to ensure compliantprivacy safedelivery across all markets.
  • Equip banner teams withgo-to-marketassets and training for consistent execution.
  • Lead the Group Retail Media community driving knowledge sharing and performance management.

What youll bring

  • Proven experience in retail media digital advertising mediasalesor strategic partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of retail media ecosystems advertiserneedsand measurement models.
  • Experience defining and launching complex media propositions across multiple markets.
  • Skilled stakeholder manager with the ability to influence senior teams across functions.
  • Comfortable working in both strategic andhands onenvironments withstrong communicationskills.
