Job Summary
Industry : Construction & Industrial Equipment Rental (Vertical Access Solutions Work Platforms)
Location : Singapore
Working hours : 6 working days (8am - 5pm)
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance & Repair: Install maintain and repair electrical equipment and mechanical machinery across the customer fleet
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve operational equipment issues and electrical faults
- System Upgrades: Plan design and install electrical systems including AC/DC motor controls and PLC programming.
- Technical Analysis: Read and interpret mechanical/electrical drawings schematics blueprints and circuit diagrams.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all equipment operates safely in accordance with Singapore Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed logs and reports of all maintenance and repair work.
- General Workshop Duties: Assist with yard operations loading/unloading trucks and maintaining stock inventory.
Requirements:
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Trade Experience: Proven experience in both electrical and mechanical trades.
- Troubleshooting Skills: Expertise in diagnosing mechanical failures and electrical circuit issues.
- Education: Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field is an advantage.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills for data entry and maintenance reporting.
- Technical Skills: Experience with VFC inspections motor repairs welding and machinery or winch assembly.
- Valid Class 3 Driving Licence is an advantage.
- Forklift licence preferred.
