With continuous growth across Southeast Asia the company is committed to innovation sustainability and delivering reliable solutions to our B2B partners including F&B manufacturers distributors and industrial clients.
As they continue to expand they are looking out for a Product Manager to be based in Shah Alam.
Key responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
- Define and communicate the product vision in alignment with business objectives and go-to-market strategy.
- Conduct market research competitor benchmarking and user feedback analysis to identify opportunities and gaps.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for the assigned portfolio.
- Manage the full product lifecycle from launch growth maturity through to end-of-life (sunset).
Customer & Market Insight
- Champion user-centric design and data-driven decision-making in all product decisions.
- Monitor product performance using key KPIs customer insights and market feedback; initiate improvements where needed.
Commercial Rollout & Execution
- Plan and implement detailed rollout strategies for new products and features across regional markets.
- Collaborate with Marketing to create effective sales enablement materials such as presentations datasheets and case studies.
- Support Sales with expert product knowledge to ensure successful client engagements and competitive positioning.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Serve as the key liaison between R&D Sales Marketing Supply Chain (including Purchasing Warehouse and Logistics) to drive alignment.
- Communicate clear product requirements specifications and priorities to all stakeholders.
- Advocate for the voice of the customer across the organization to ensure product-market fit and continuous improvement.
Qualification
- Minimum Degree holder preferably in the food industry field
- Spoken language: English Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (preferred)
- Minimum 7- 10 years of experience in related field and leading a team
