Job Summary

Company Background:

We are representing a well known oil and gas company and as they are expanding they are looking for payroll specialist to join the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process monthly payroll for all employees accurately and on time.

  • Maintain and update payroll records including new hires resignations salary adjustments and leave deductions.

  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (EPF SOCSO EIS PCB income tax etc.).

  • Reconcile payroll data and prepare payroll reports for management review.

  • Handle employee queries regarding salary deductions and payslips.

  • Coordinate with HR to ensure accurate employee data entry and updates.

  • Manage payroll-related audits and ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.

  • Liaise with finance on payroll disbursements and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting Finance Human Resources or related field.

  • Proven experience in payroll processing.

  • Knowledge of labor laws and statutory requirements.

  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.

  • Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.

  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
