We are representing a well known oil and gas company and as they are expanding they are looking for payroll specialist to join the team.
Key Responsibilities:

Process monthly payroll for all employees accurately and on time.

Maintain and update payroll records including new hires resignations salary adjustments and leave deductions.

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (EPF SOCSO EIS PCB income tax etc.).
-
Reconcile payroll data and prepare payroll reports for management review.
-
Handle employee queries regarding salary deductions and payslips.
-
Coordinate with HR to ensure accurate employee data entry and updates.
-
Manage payroll-related audits and ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
-
Liaise with finance on payroll disbursements and reporting.
Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Accounting Finance Human Resources or related field.

Proven experience in payroll processing.
-
Knowledge of labor laws and statutory requirements.
-
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.

Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.
