Job Summary

Company Background:

We are representing one of our multinational client an award-winning leader in online trading and financial service industry looking for an Financial Operations Executive to be based in KL Sentral Kuala Lumpur.

Job Description:

Ensure the timely execution of client and general business payments.
Adhering to all regulatory servicing and business requirements.
Investigate and resolve issues related to payment processing .
Anticipate identify assess and prioritize potential payment problems to avoid their occurrence.
Analyze and monitor outgoing payments made via automation tools.
Onboarding and maintaining client accounts.
Performing daily operational transactions.
Liaise with Institutional Sales Associates across the globe.
Liaise with other internal departments to fulfill their requests.

Job Requirements:

Possess a Degree in Finance or relevant qualification.
Fresh graduates are most welcome to apply.
Good spoken & written skill in English & Mandarin (Role needs to liaise with Hong Kong & Taiwan customers).
Able to multi-task and meet daily benchmarks/deadlines
Able to maintain confidentiality
