Job Summary

Company Background:

We are representing a well known U.S.-based food manufacturer in Petaling Jaya. As they are expanding they are looking for a Project Manager to lead and manage capital expenditure projects.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead a team of Project Engineers to ensure successful execution and handover of Capex projects to Production and Maintenance teams.
Manage and communicate updates on the Site Master Plan and Capex projects to all stakeholders including senior leadership.
Support Procurement with technical input on designs capabilities and specifications.
Identify plan and lead projects of varying complexity using structured Project Management methodologies.
Define team roles responsibilities and expectations; coordinate with Site Support EHS and Plant Engineering for safe and timely execution.
Develop and implement standardized practices for Capital Project execution ensuring compliance with corporate and local regulations.

Job Requirements

Minimum with a Bachelors Degree in Engineering or relevant field.
At least 5 years of working experience as Project Manager.
Demonstrates strong expertise in capital finance and project management along with solid technical engineering skills in both electrical and mechanical design.
Good understanding in DOSH and OSHAS standards
Preferably from Food Manufacturing experience.
Good communication skill in English.

Working Hour: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
