Job Description:
- Plan the complete layout and setup for events from start to finish.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and suppliers providing services for the event as a Banquet Sales Executive.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to staff including the Assistant Banquet Manager ensuring the event runs smoothly according to the plans.
- Oversee décor layouts and placements focusing on elements that enhance the venues appearance and atmosphere.
- Address special requests and inquiries from guests.
Job Requirements:
- Fluent in Mandarin to communicate effectively
- 3-5 years of experience in banquet or event management.
- Strong leadership skills to assign roles manage staff and coordinate with vendors.
- Excellent attention to detail in décor layout and quality to meet luxury standard.
- Willing to work in Kajang Selangor.
