Job Summary

We are representing our client an interior design and construction firm based in Penang.

Responsibilities:

Design and prepare concept proposals 3D drawings sketches layout plans and detailed drawings related to projects while meeting deadlines.
Source material prices and prepare quotations.
Coordinate with suppliers and all relevant parties throughout the project.
Manage project timelines work arrangements and adhere to set deadlines.
Perform any other tasks assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of working experience in a related field.
Excellent presentation communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle client expectations.
A minimum of a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia Architecture or a related field.
Preferably at the executive level in Architecture/Interior Design or a related field.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask with a self-motivated attitude.
High standard of technical drawings and budget awareness for project costs.
