Customer Service Agent (Call Centre) Based in Macau China
Company Background
We are representing our client who is a leading developer owner and operator of integrated resort facilities in Asia and Europe. As they continue to expand they are seeking for Customer Service Agent to be based in Macau.
Job Requirements:
- Provide high-quality customer service by handling inbound and outbound calls emails and live chat inquiries
- Assist guests with reservations room bookings promotions and general inquiries about companys offerings
- Ensure accurate information is provided while maintaining a professional and courteous manner
- Address customer complaints or concerns efficiently escalating cases when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction
- Work closely with internal departments to resolve booking issues special requests and other customer-related matters
Skills & Qualification:
- Candidate with at least 1-year hotel working experience in room reservation telephone operator or front desk in 5-star hotel(s) will be preferred
- Fresh graduate candidates from faculty of hotel travel and tourism related field are encouraged to apply
- Able to accept shift duties including overnight shifts
- Language: Mandarin Cantonese & English (Spoken & Written)
