Job Summary

CLIENT BACKGROUND:

We are representing our client a well known ERP Provider based in Petaling Jaya.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

ERP Implementation and Project Management

Work closely with clients to understand their business processes identify areas for improvement and configure ERP solutions to meet their needs.
To provide mapping requirements with the software application.
Lead the end-to-end implementation process including system configuration data migration integration and testing. Ensure the ERP system is aligned with the clients business needs and objectives.
Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Configure ERP systems to enhance efficiency streamline operations and support business growth.
Manage project timelines deliverables and resources. Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations processes and procedures. Ensure that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Document business processes conduct product training for client users and facilitate user testing.

Helpdesk Support

Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users.
Ensure customer satisfaction by ongoing supporting clients to ensure the quality of work is always delivered and maintain professionalism.

General

Proactively seek process improvements for further enhancement opportunities and updates to improve system performance and functionality.
To deliver tasks and document all work in accordance with defined standards and processes.
Consistently exhibit behaviors such as sharing knowledge assisting each other to meet project deadlines and maintaining a sense of urgency to enhance collaboration among all team members.
To perform other duties at the discretion of the superior and/ or the management.

REQUIREMENTS:

Possesses Bachelors Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Supply Chain & Logistics or equivalent.
At least 2-3 years of working experience in a related field will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in ERP system configuration data migration and integration.
Knowledge of MSSQL scripting and other technical skills relevant to ERP implementations will be an added advantage.
A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent project and time management skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to manage stress effectively under tight project deadlines.
Willing to travel as needed.
