Job Summary

We are recruiting for a Technical Maintenance Manager on behalf of a leading manufacturing company based in Klang.

Role Overview:

The Technical Maintenance Manager will provide leadership and technical expertise ensuring that the factorys equipment and facilities operate efficiently and reliably.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate the maintenance teams activities and ensure tasks are aligned with operational goals.
Supervise repairs negotiate contracts with suppliers and implement best practices to reduce downtime.
Collaborate with Production and Quality Departments to resolve technical issues quickly.
Manage preventive and corrective maintenance for key systems (e.g. ventilation fire protection utilities).
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards maintain accurate maintenance records and provide engineering support across departments.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Electrical or related Engineering field.
Experience: 10 years in manufacturing maintenance/factory/production with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Skills Needed:

Strong leadership troubleshooting and technical skills particularly with mechanical electrical and PLC systems.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities with a solid understanding of continuous improvement and maintenance processes.
MUST HAVE prior maintenance experience in manufacturing/factory/production set up

This role is ideal for someone who combines hands-on technical expertise with strategic oversight in maintenance management

This is a 6 day/week job Monday to Saturday 8am-445pm
