Job Summary

Company Background:

We are representing a fast growing furniture manufacturing in Klang. As they are expanding they are hiring Senior Maintenance Executive to join the team.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage all installations repairs and upkeep operations for companys facilities
Oversee the development implementation and adherence of all preventive maintenance projects
Train and lead others to perform preventive maintenance functions
Assist with the maintenance of the calendar contracted services or when required.
Ensure adequate supply of products are available for daily maintenance and emergency requirements
Maintain accurate records for all routine inspections of equipment and daily work logs

Job Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in any relevant field.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in Maintenance Department.
Knowledgeable about building maintenance electrical system air conditioning ventilation systems fire protection system painting and general carpentry repairs.
Candidate from manufacturing industry would be added advantage.
Able to communicate in Mandarin (Due to business nature)

Job Details:

Working Hour: Monday - Friday : 830am - 530pm // Alternate Saturday (Halfday)
