Working Schedule
The operation runs 365 days a year including public holidays.

Public holidays are paid double
For part-time roles (minimum 50%) candidates must work full-time during the training period.
Your Responsibilities
- Assist customers with travel-related inquiries via phone and written communication

Provide accurate booking support and travel guidance

Handle changes cancellations and general travel questions

Deliver professional solution-oriented customer service

Work efficiently within booking and CRM systems
What Were Looking For

Native or C1/C2 Danish (written & spoken)

B2 level English (written & verbal)

Strong communication skills and service mindset

Comfortable working in a structured shift-based environment

Basic computer skills
Compensation

1900 gross/month
