Job Description

Draft review and negotiate commercial contracts including licensing agreements NDAs SaaS and vendor contracts

Support both U.S. and global business teams across sales operations and product

Advise on legal risk contract compliance and strategic deal terms

Collaborate across departments to help accelerate growth while protecting the business

Help shape internal legal processes and scale best practices

Requirements

Atleast 4 years 8 years or more of legal experience ideally with tech SaaS or IP-heavy companies

JD and licensed to practice law in the U.S.

Strong knowledge of licensing commercial agreements and global contract law

Confident communicator business-minded and detail-driven

Experience with cross-border contracts is a plus
