Job Summary
This is a full-time on-site General Counsel role located in the San Francisco Bay Area. The General Counsel will oversee all legal matters providing expert counsel to senior management and the board of directors. Key responsibilities include managing corporate governance contract negotiation IP strategy regulatory compliance risk mitigation and legal transactions. The General Counsel will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to align legal strategies with business objectives while ensuring legal compliance and ethical practices across the organization.
Qualifications :
- Extensive experience with Corporate Governance Mergers & Acquisitions and Compliance
- Proficiency in Contract Negotiation Risk Assessment and Regulatory Law
- Strong knowledge of Intellectual Property Law and IP Portfolio Management
- Excellent leadership analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication presentation and interpersonal abilities
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Bar membership in good standing with eligibility to practice law in San Francisco California
- Experience in the technology or cybersecurity sectors is a strong advantage
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment with evolving priorities
