Position Overview
We are actively hiring Digital Travel Consultants to assist clients with researching planning and booking personalized travel experiences online. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy customer service digital communication and helping others create memorable vacations.
No prior travel industry experience is required. Training and ongoing support are provided. We are onboarding multiple candidates.
Key Responsibilities

Research and book flights hotels cruises resorts tours and vacation packages

Provide digital consultation via email messaging platforms and virtual appointments

Customize travel itineraries based on client preferences and budgets

Coordinate reservations confirmations and itinerary updates

Assist clients with modifications cancellations and travel inquiries

Maintain accurate client records and booking documentation

Stay current on travel trends supplier promotions and destination updates
Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Customer service or sales experience preferred
