Caregiver (Companion, PCA, CNA)

Senior Helpers ofWaxhaw & Monroe is seeking compassionate and reliable caregiversincluding Companion Caregivers PCAs and CNAsto support seniors in Union Cabarrus Stanly and Rowan counties. We match your experience and strengths with clients who will benefit most from your care.

This role is ideal for individuals who are dedicated to helping others value meaningful work and are interested in professional growth within a supportive organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing dressing grooming mobility)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Participate in client preferred activities (e.g. gardening games crafts)
• Prepare meals and support light household tasks
• Monitor and document changes in clients physical or cognitive condition
• Maintain a safe clean environment
• Communicate effectively with clients families and healthcare professionals
• Follow individualized care plans and company policies

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred
• Compassionate patient and dependable
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Reliable transportation to client homes
• Ability to pass a background check
