Key Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate resident-centered care aligned with individualized care plans
- Support residents with daily living activities while promoting independence
- Foster a warm homelike environment that enhances comfort and well-being
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity and quality of care
- Maintain a safe and clean environment following infection control and safety protocols
- Build strong relationships with residents families and team members
- Assist in onboarding and supporting new staff members
- Provide attentive care for residents with dementia ensuring dignity and individualized support
What Were Looking For
- Completion of an approved Nurse Aide training program (or willingness to complete within a specified timeframe)
- Active CNA certification (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience in a skilled nursing or geriatric setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to delivering compassionate person-centered care
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
