Job Title Assistant Manager / Senior Engineer - Sourcing (Spares - Electrical and Electronics)
Are you the One
- Educational Qualification B.E. (Mechanical)
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in Sourcing
- Strong hands-on experience in Sourcing related to Spares Electrical and Electronics
What will you be doing
Responsibilities for Sourcing Specialist:
Ensure timely quality and cost competitive supply to unit
Responsible for relative sourcing category spend
Responsible for meeting targets and deliverables set by SuM
Support implementation of unit and/or category led sourcing initiatives
Ensure cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder relationships
Drive local supplier negotiation selection and management based on KONE strategic sourcing process (BENIM)
Manage level 2 supplier quality performance issues
Support regular reporting of unit KPIs including monthly budget / forecast data
Responsible to update and maintain price lists in relevant systems and databases
Ensure compliance and adherence to KONE sourcing (KSO) policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with quality safety and environmental standards
