Roles & Responsibilities :
- Should be hands-on with full-stack development with experience in Component Development: Creating modular editable and reusable AEM components and templates (HTL/Sightly) that comply with UI/UX designs.
- Frontend Integration: Collaborating with backend developers to integrate frontend code with JCR OSGi bundles and Sling models.
- Performance Optimization: Ensuring high-performance web applications through optimized CSS/JS client library configuration and SEO best practices.
- System Knowledge: Working with AEM-specific tools such as CRXDE Lite Apache Sling and Core Components.
- Modern Workflows: Utilizing frontend build tools like Webpack and CI/CD pipelines in AEM Cloud Manager. Testing: Implementing unit tests (Jest) and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).
Must have skills :
- Hands-on experience in using AEM cloud services such as AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) and AEM Cloud Manager.
- At least 5 years. of experience in AEM development using AEM 6.x or higher including AEM Sites AEM Assets AEM Target AEM Workflows and AEM APIs.
- Experience with common JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS/React etc. Working knowledge of web services development using rest API SOAP services etc
- Certification in AEM Developer.
