We are looking for an Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team.This position will befull-timeandremote.
What Youll Do
- Talent Sourcing:Utilize advanced sourcing strategies including LinkedIn Recruiter niche job boards and social media platforms to identify and engage top technical candidates.
- End-to-End Recruitment:Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job postings screening interviewing and offer negotiations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Pipeline Management:Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Market Research:Stay updated on trends in technical hiring and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Employer Branding:Promote the companys employer brand to attract and retain top talent in the competitive tech space.
- Data-Driven Decisions:Utilize recruitment analytics to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
What Youll Need
Required:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5 years of technical recruitment experience preferably in IT services software or technology domains.
- Proven expertise in recruiting for roles such as Software Engineers Data Scientists DevOps Engineers Cloud Architects and other tech positions.
- Strong proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (e.g. Greenhouse Lever or Workday).
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques such as Boolean searches X-ray searches and GitHub/Stack Overflow sourcing.
- Technical Knowledge:Understanding of programming languages software development methodologies and tech stack terminologies.
- Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with candidates and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Negotiation:Skilled in offer negotiation and candidate management.
- Stakeholder Management:Ability to partner with hiring managers and leadership teams effectively.
- Problem-Solving:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address hiring challenges.
- Adaptability:Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Demands
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions
- Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings etc.
- Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer utilizing a mouse keyboard and monitor
