About the job

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Acting in three roles Architect Manager and Orchestrator to enable transparency through regular and ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis.
  • Leading and supporting financial reporting processes ensuring accurate and consistent financial results provided across all deliverables.
  • Performing lastmile validation and audit checks on financial reports to secure reliable and consistent reporting outputs.
  • Managing designing and standardizing the financial governance instruments and processes (including financial steering concept dimensions attributes and KPIs).
  • Planning executing and leading related cross-functional data projects (e.g. data governance and master data management enhancements).
  • Designing ad-hoc analysis on request of top management for fact-based decision making.
  • Acting as an internal consultant and advisor to other team members within Business Finance and beyond whenever profound and in-depth knowledge about financial reporting is required.
  • Working with financial reporting and dashboarding tools to ensure efficient and highquality financial reporting.
  • Supporting the introduction and establishment of Power BI as the main reporting tool and ensuring its successful adoption.

About you

  • University degree preferably in Management Economics or Finance
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent English proficiency presentation and communication skills
  • Team orientation and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude
