Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Customer Support Specialist to manage end-to-end after-sales this role you will be the primary point of contact for our customers ensuring a seamless shopping experience by resolving inquiries managing logistics issues and maintaining high satisfaction ratings across major platforms

What Youll Do

  • Handle customer inquiries on order status delivery and post-purchase concerns
  • Process returns refunds and exchanges per platform policies
  • Resolve issues related to damaged missing or incorrect items
  • Coordinate with logistics and internal teams for timely resolutions
  • Monitor and respond to reviews and feedback across platforms
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on common concerns
  • Collaborate with teams to improve customer experience and after-sales service

Who You Are

  • At least 6 months of experience handling customer inquiries from e-commerce platforms like Shopee Lazada or TikTok Shop
  • Strong understanding of order processing returns refunds after-sales support and coordination with logistics/internal teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to resolve complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Familiar with e-commerce seller tools or dashboards; detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced customer-focused environment
