Multiple Positions Available:
and analyze qualitative and quantitative economic financial and other data to support financial planning and operating expense management.
various deliverables to support both internal and external financial reporting needs including insightful financial performance analysis to achieve business goals.
ownership identify process improvement opportunities for existing processes reporting and controls and drive positive change across the organization.
relevant accounting principles and communicate the application of GAAP to peers and business partners.
in writing white papers to support a given accounting position.
management and direction to junior analysts including overseeing and reviewing reporting and Excel spreadsheet work papers.

the monthly close process working closely with finance team to ensure the validity of the financials and report results to senior management.

A Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent degree in Finance Accounting Business Economics or related analytical field and 3 years of experience in finance or a related analytical the alternative employer will accept 2 years of experience in finance or related analytical field as equivalent to a Bachelors degree and 3 years of experience in finance or related analytical field.
Must have one year of experience in the following skills:
1) building and managing financial models for business forecasting and variance analysis using advanced excel spreadsheet techniques such as vlookups and pivot tables;
2) analyzing business processes;
3) designing and implementing controls;
4) financial reporting; and
5) managing cross-functional financial projects including project design requirements and implementation.
The pay range for this position in Chicago Illinois is $107349 /year to $163200/year; however base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits dependent on the position offered.
