Job Summary
Operates CT Scanner to obtain quality diagnostic images. Provides appropriate patient education regarding the CT radiology procedure. The technologist ensures that all aspects of patient radiology records are processed and documented properly to initiate procedure results in a timely manner.
Education and Training
- Graduate of an A.M.A. approved school of Radiologic Technology and registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
- Must be licensed as a Radiographer by the State of Ohio.
- Must meet one of the following:
- Completion of 4-12 week on-the-job training with documented successful completion of defined CT competencies.
- Advanced registry preferred.
- BLS required.
Experience
- One (1) year CT experience preferred
- For PRN positions at least one year current experience required
Schedule:
- 3 - 12 hour overnight shifts
6:00 pm - 6:30 am or 6:30 pm - 7:00 am
- Works every 4th Weekend plus a holiday rotation
$7000 Retention Bonus
