An Exciting Branch Manager opportunity is now available at our Your Move in Hemel Hempstead
This branch is part of National Home Move who are a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.
As a Branch Manager your role will be to focus on the day-to-day running of the branch ensuring that all business objectives are achieved. Providing effective leadership to your team you will aim to maximise opportunities and optimise profitability alongside the continued delivery of outstanding customer service. Taking a pro-active approach you should be aware of changes and challenges in the marketplace ensuring increase in profitability market share and ultimately focussed on your goal of achieving high street market leader status.
Your excellent people management and leadership skills will be matched by the ability to act as a role model to the rest of the team. Effective in delegation and time management you will achieve the objectives of this role to a high standard.
We are very eager to speak to those already experienced as an Estate Agency Branch Manager / Lister / Valuation Manager or equally eager to speak to those that have a strong residential sales background and are looking to take the next step within their career.
The role comes with a very competitive basic salary An excellent Uncapped OTE circa 60000 including a 4000 Car Allowance
It is essential that you hold a full UK Driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
The nature of this opportunity means the role is all office based.
